AlertifyPro retains monitoring data according to your plan limits. Enterprise customers can configure custom retention policies.

Custom retention (Enterprise)

Configure per-data-type retention in Settings → Data Retention:

GDPR / Data deletion

To delete all data associated with a specific user or service:

1. Go to Settings → Data Management
2. Delete monitor data — removes all checks and history for a specific monitor
3. Delete user data — removes all personal data for a team member (GDPR Article 17)
4. Export user data — generates a ZIP of all data associated with a user (GDPR Article 15)

Account deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• All monitors and their history
• All team members and personal data
• All API keys and integrations
• All billing and payment data

This action cannot be undone. Data is deleted within 30 days per our Data Processing Agreement.
