Annual billing saves 20% on Starter and Professional plans.
Changing plans
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select the new plan — changes take effect immediately
Upgrading — you're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrading — takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Excess monitors are paused (not deleted).
Payment methods
Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfers (Enterprise only).
Manage cards under Settings → Billing → Payment Methods.
Invoices
All invoices are available under Settings → Billing → Invoices. They're also emailed automatically on each billing date.
Usage alerts
Set a usage notification threshold to get emailed when you're approaching your monitor limit:
Settings → Billing → Usage Alerts → Enable
Enterprise billing
Enterprise plans support:
- Annual invoicing with NET-30 terms
- Purchase orders
- Multi-year contracts
- Custom monitor limits and check intervals

Cancelling
- Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
Your account downgrades to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. Data is retained for 90 days.
